More than 25 years in senior-level IT and consulting positions at Start-up and Fortune 100 companies with global responsibilities including Enterprise Applications, IT Operations, IT Security, Network, Data-Centers, Telecom, Helpdesk and Desktop, SOX, Governance and Compliance.
From 2007-2015Â built and lead the IT teams of two hyper-growth Start-up companies: Data Domain and Palo Alto Networks, in building and operating the global Applications and Infrastructures, while each of the companies, over a 4 year period, went public and grew from ~$100M to $1B+ in revenue.
In both cases, recruited to scale IT through high quality timely recruiting, strong vision, strategy and leadership resulting in highly scalable, reliable and secure IT platforms including global networks, Data-Centers, Security, SOX, and cloud/on-premise implementations of Enterprise applications like SAP ERP, SalesForce.com Sales-/Support tools, BI, reporting, etc.
For both companies, as the core platforms were built and stabilized, asked to re-group and take on the lead of Applications Organization to focus on the mounting hyper-growth challenges as the business models quickly became more complex, went through strong international growth and came under strict requirements for Governance and Compliance. Also data quality and real-time visibility to the operation and financial results through flexible Business Intelligence became critical to manage margins and land the quarters.
